You pay once to have it built, then monthly to have it run and maintained. No hourly rates, no open-ended retainer, and the figure you are quoted on the call is the figure on the contract.

What the setup fee buys

- We sit with you and write down how the work actually moves today, including the parts nobody has ever written down.
- The build
- Screens, fields, rules and roles built around that map on the shared platform — not a template you fill in.
- Training
- You and your staff learn to drive it, approve from it, and change the parts you are allowed to change.
- The map is yours
- If you walk away after the map, you keep it. It is useful to you whoever builds the thing.
